Chelsea Football Club, active in the English Premier League “Premier League”, announced today, Tuesday, that the French team striker, Christopher Nkunku, has undergone knee surgery.
Chelsea published an official statement announcing the absence of the 25-year-old French player from the stadiums for a long period of time, in addition to undergoing a treatment program after the surgery.
According to English press reports, Nkunku will be absent from the London club for a period ranging between 3-4 months.
Nkunku joined the “Blues” from German club Leipzig during the current transfer market, for 60 million euros.
