The Liepāja-born basketball player played in the “Liepāja”/LSSS unit until the 2018/19 season, but then joined BJBS “Rīga”/”Juniors”, while also playing a couple of matches in the ranks of “TTT Rīga – Juniors”.
In September 2021, Klesčova returned to the Liepāja team, where she spent the next two seasons.
Last season, the 23-year-old player was one of the leaders and averaged 13.5 points and 7.1 rebounds in 21 games in the Baltic Women’s Basketball League (BSBL), and also helped the girls from Liepāja win bronze in the Latvian Championship.
Klesčova has represented youth national teams of all ages.
Last season, the Göttingen team competed in Germany’s second strongest league, but will play in the strongest league in the upcoming season.
