Update – Pokémon Presents is indeed coming
It has been confirmed that a new Pokémon Presents is indeed coming. The Pokémon Company announced via Twitter/X that a presentation of about 35 minutes will be broadcast on August 8 at 3:00 PM Dutch time. What is shown is unknown, but as mentioned below, the DLC for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet seems to be a logical appearance.

Pokémon is one of the largest media franchises in the world, so it’s not surprising that a year never goes by without one or more new games. For example, DLC for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet is planned for this fall. We just don’t know much about that yet.
But that could soon change. A datamine from the mobile game Pokémon Masters EX suggests that a new Pokémon Presents will be broadcast in early August. There’s code pointing to a Pokémon Presents campaign starting August 8 (via CentroLeaks).
Although Pokémon Masters EX has been out for about four years, the game is often still highlighted in Pokémon Presents broadcasts. This is usually accompanied by an in-game event as well. A reference to a new event is therefore certainly a strong indication that something is about to happen.
Scarlet en Violet DLC in Pokémon Presents?
It is reasonable to estimate what would be planned for these possible Pokémon Presents. For example, the aforementioned DLC for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet seems like a good candidate to come by, maybe even with a release date. Furthermore, Pokémon Sleep recently appeared, which The Pokémon Company may also want to highlight.
