SHARJAH, 8th August, 2020 (WAM) — Sharjah Media City, Shams, announced the organization of a group of specialized workshops and seminars, most of which are free, during the month of August, under the supervision of a group of accredited trainers.
The workshops deal with various topics, including color correction for video, artificial intelligence, script writing for beginners, presentation and presentation skills for professionals, television presenting for beginners, and the art of writing media and press reports.
His Excellency Rashid Abdullah Al Obed, Director of Sharjah Media City “Shams”, called on all specialists, media professionals, students and interested parties to participate in seminars and workshops by registering on the website “www.shams.ae/ar/media-training”, noting that all participants They will receive a certificate of participation.
He stressed the importance of organizing such workshops and seminars, which deal with specialized artistic and creative skills, under the supervision of influencers, which reflects the efforts of Sharjah Media City in refining media talents, empowering creative skills, delivering a meaningful media message, and providing professional content that promotes the growth of the media sector.
The workshops organized by Al-Madina include a free workshop entitled “Color Correction for Video” under the supervision of trainer Bashar Jalal, on Wednesday, at the city’s headquarters, from 5 to 9 pm, focusing on the use of the “After Effects” program, colored shapes and changing Determine the specific color, improve the quality of the video to a cinematic appearance, in addition to rendering and final output, and a free webinar on “Artificial Intelligence”, on Monday, August 14, from 11 am to 1 pm, and a workshop entitled “Scriptwriting for Beginners” will be held virtually. With a symbolic participation, under the supervision of scriptwriter Mohamed Hassan Ahmed, on Monday, corresponding to August 14, from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm, it focuses on enhancing opportunities to explore the world of screenwriting for beginners.
“Shams” is also organizing a free workshop entitled “Presentation and Presentation Skills for Professionals”, under the supervision of trainer Walid Qubaisi, on Tuesday and Wednesday, August 15 and 16, at the city’s headquarters, from 5 to 9 pm. A free webinar entitled “TV Presentation for Beginners” will be held for those seeking a start in the world of TV presenting, on Monday, August 21, from 11 am to 1 pm, in addition to an educational workshop entitled “The Art of Writing Media and Press Reports.” Under the supervision of trainer Ahmed Takash, on Tuesday and Wednesday, August 29 and 30, from 5 to 9 pm at the city’s headquarters, it focuses on writing press and media reports, the types of those reports, the moderate pyramid model, in addition to the common skills and errors in writing reports, reviewing and repeating Report structure and technical format.
