Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province issued the “Notice of Ganzhou Municipal People’s Government Office on Several Measures to Further Promote the Steady and Healthy Development of the Real Estate Market” on August 4. Conscientiously implement the “16 Articles” of real estate finance, formulate a white list of real estate companies, focus on supporting high-quality real estate companies in loan financing and bond issuance, and provide credit enhancement support for bond issuers. Encourage financial institutions to carry out pilot closed financing of real estate projects, implement closed management of funds, and give preferential loans. Support financial institutions to actively participate in the mergers and acquisitions of real estate enterprises’ risk disposal projects, and provide mergers and acquisitions loans and financial services. M&A loans for mergers and acquisitions of risky and difficult real estate enterprise projects are not included in the concentration management of real estate loans for the time being.
