The Yemeni doctor / Muhammad Al-Mansoub, who holds a PhD in open heart, sent a message through his personal Facebook wall to the Medical Council and those concerned in the Ministry of Health to combat the deadly phenomenon that exists in pharmacies in Yemen and to issue legislation that fights and limits it.

I entered a pharmacy looking for medicine, and I heard the following dialogue between a pharmacist and a patient
Patient: Hello, please, do you have needles (syringes) from the right of the stomach?
Pharmacist: Yes, please
Patient: No, I want this kind, and he said a commercial name
Pharmacist: It’s the same, the name is different, but this is better Turkish, and he was right in what he said. Both drugs have the same formula, with different brand names due to the difference in the producing company.
The patient asked the pharmacist to hit the needle (injection) and uncovered his forearm, and the pharmacist performed the injection.
Curiosity led me to find out what this drug is?

At that time I was stunned!!!!
We use these injections for patients in intensive care or those with acute gastrointestinal bleeding!
I asked the patient: Did you go to the doctor?
Do you have tests to diagnose the disease?
He replied: No, but this medicine works for me for a week and I am comfortable with it
I told him that what he was doing was seriously wrong with his health
First of all, he should visit a specialist
Endoscopy and other examinations to confirm the diagnosis
Are they infections?

Or a malignant tumor?
And then take the appropriate treatment and a metered dose.
Then I went to the pharmacist, questioning and criticizing
I told him that there are medicines that are available only by prescription
