Vitamine A
Our body needs vitamin A. It is important for healthy skin, healthy eyes, our bones and a well-functioning immune system.
The Superior Health Council recommends a daily amount of 600 micrograms of vitamin A for children between 11 and 14 years. For adult men, the recommended amount is 750 micrograms per day, for adult women 650 micrograms. A half-liter bottle of Prime Hydration contains 900 micrograms of vitamin A.
But vitamin A is also in our diet. In dairy products, fish and meat and some fruit and vegetables, for example. A maximum of 3,000 micrograms of vitamin A is permitted for adults. For children aged 11-14 2,000 micrograms and for 15-18 year olds 2,600 micrograms.
