The founder of Xixoio, Richard Watzke, was still the majority owner of the company at the end of July. This is evidenced by the latest data from the British commercial register, according to which Watzke has a sixty percent stake in the parent company registered in Great Britain. From previous data published last October, Watzke previously owned roughly 71 percent, thus officially reducing his share. According to experts, this is an attempt to externally restart the reputation of the company, whose identity was closely linked to Watzko. As the minority shareholder also revealed, the company has a development milestone waiting for it in the near future.

Billionaire Igor Fait’s Brno investment company Jet Investment continues to sell off its companies from the JET 1 fund, whose investment horizon ends next year. After this year’s sale of PBS Power Equipment, it has now also sold the production engineering company Benvig Heat Transfer. The buyers are the owners of Montáge Přerov together with other investors. The parties did not disclose the amount of the transaction, but according to e15, it exceeded one hundred million crowns.
