On the 1st, the Computer Entertainment Association (CESA), the organizer of the Japanese developer conference CEDEC (hereafter referred to as Sedec), named producer Eiji Aonuma of Nintendo Co., Ltd. as the special award winner of the Sedec Award 2023. Sedec, a game/computer developer conference first held in 1999, has grown every year since then to become the largest developer conference in Japan.
