Zhasulan Suyunchaliev, General Director of MAEK LLP, made a report on the preparation for the autumn-winter period and development at the energy enterprise. He reported on the short-term measures taken within the framework of allocated funds from the regional budget and the government reserve, familiarized with the long-term prospects for the modernization of the power plant. In addition, it was noted that this year the enterprise has begun work on the construction of new and increasing the productivity of existing desalination plants.
Ilya Rozhkov, Deputy Chairman of the Energy Supervision Committee, also reported on the current situation. Non-compliance with the terms of repair work on the main equipment was noted, which negatively affects the readiness to bear winter loads.
During the visit to the thermal power plant, the members of the headquarters got acquainted with the progress of repair work. Plans for medium-term development and issues of their financing were discussed. An action plan will be prepared for the development of the power plant as a whole, including with the involvement of investors.
The Energy Supervision Committee was instructed to strengthen control over the timing of work with participation in the regional operational headquarters in preparation for the heating period of the akimat.
