A UK student has aced an IQ test, outperformed Albert Einstein and Stephen Hawking and joined the Mensa Young Genius Club. This is reported by the Daily Mirror, quoted by BGNES.
11-year-old Adrian Lee moves from Hong Kong to London in 2022. On the Mensa Geek Club IQ test, he received the highest possible score and ranked 1% above the world’s best minds. While Einstein and Hawking scored 160 points, Lee has 162 points. He was offered membership in Mensa. “All I thought about was getting a 148 and joining the Mensa IQ community. I didn’t expect to get close to the 160 that Einstein has. It was amazing,” the child said.

His mother, Rachel, says he was extraordinary from an early age. The young genius has been fascinated by books since the age of 2. He reads several every day. “In kindergarten, he started reading the full version of his favorite Star Wars books,” Adrian’s mom said.
When he was eight, Adrian began writing novels – the Monster Quest series of books with exciting adventure stories. He is currently writing a novel about ancient Rome for teenagers and hopes to have his work published in the fall of 2023.

In elementary school, the child prodigy received several academic awards. He likes to take tests and exams, the results of which make him proud. In September, the young genius plans to enroll at the Queen Elizabeth School, where he hopes to meet boys with similar talents. “While we are proud of Adrian’s natural ability, we still stress that he needs to work hard despite his talent. We hope he chooses his own path in his interests and in helping society,” says Rachel.
