YOUR TASKS

• As a lawyer (m/f/d) you will be part of our commercial criminal law practice, which is one of the leading practices in Germany and is active in all areas of commercial criminal law
• They advise companies in ongoing criminal proceedings, for example in the context of corporate defense or representation as a victim
• The implementation and support of internal investigations are also part of your field of activity
• In addition, you will support companies with compliance issues, including evaluating specific business processes, setting up compliance systems, training for employees and creating guidelines
• In many cases, you will work in a team with our colleagues from civil, labour, corporate and tax law
• If mandates have an international connection, advice is provided together with our international commercial criminal law experts from the foreign offices
