Last week, TV personality Whitney Port (38), best known from the reality show “The Hills”, took to Instagram Story to address comments from fans who thought she was “too thin”.

In the episode, the reality star says that at first she didn’t really want to bring up the topic.
– But I think it’s clear that I’m not eating enough, and the way I look now doesn’t exactly look healthy. That’s not how I want to look.

Furthermore, Port adds that getting on the scales was an eye-opener for her.
– I had no idea that I weighed as little as I did.
Port says she now wants to eat foods that are good for her body, and exercise in a way that builds muscle.

In the episode, the 38-year-old also reflects on how the time during “The Hills” affected her body image. The series aired on MTV from 2006 to 2010.
– When I was on “The Hills” and saw myself on TV for the first time, I was a bit shocked. I thought I was feeling a bit chubby and would like to lose some weight. I think it was a self-reflection that people don’t usually have or need to have.
