‘Tien Om Te Zien’ is back and the first recordings in Westende have already been completed. You can see the result of this tomorrow, Friday 4 August, in the second episode on VTM. Singing and dancing is allowed, and frankly a bit unavoidable!
Nostalgia and brand new hits/artists, that is the wonderful concept of ‘Tien Om Te Zien’. The music festival was completely dusted off and is hipper than ever! The last week of July, the first two recording days took place on the seawall of Westende and were cast in two musical episodes. You could see the first on VTM last Friday and the second will appear on your small screen tomorrow, Friday 4 August.
Flashy outfits
You can expect a lot of toppers and even more monster hits. For example, the former singer of the popular dance group Lasgo brings their top disc ‘Something’ one last time. Mama’s Jasje, who was already there in the early years of the program, returns to the stage and brings his classic ‘Zo Far Weg’. You will also see Camille and Pommelien Thijs who, in addition to a vocal tour de force, also make a big show of it with smashing outfits!
Solid beats and a tear
Metejoor, Francisco, Niels Destadsbader & Kenny B, Willy William, Isabelle A, Jaap Reesema, Aaron Blommaert, Bart Kaëll, Danny Fabry and Bazart & Guusje will also be present. The latter also took a special guest on stage, namely Sergio Quisquater who plays a firm game of guitar. As if that wasn’t party enough, DJ duo Viktor Verhulst & Kobe Ilsen provide the solid beats at the sea.
Friday’s episode will undoubtedly make many shed a tear, because Hugo Sigal is not the only one to release his first solo single without his beloved Nicole. The broadcast is also dedicated to presenter Bea Van der Maat who was one of the founders of the program, but recently passed away. The show therefore starts with a fitting tribute to this great madam.
You can see the second episode of ‘Tien Om Te Zien’ tomorrow, Friday 4 August at 8.30 pm on VTM.
