Why did he apply to participate in “Lauku sēta”? “I don’t know if I can say this, but I haven’t seen a single episode of ‘The Farmhouse.’ My friends pushed me to go to the “Country Farm”. They know that I a fool. I know how to shell beans. I know there are all sorts of quests and they said I would be the first. “You’re doing ‘The Farm,'” they said, David says.
The boy can handle field work “everything that mom pushes”. “Seriously, I can do all the farm work. Work is not a problem,” says David. He does note, however, that there is one job that he particularly dislikes, and that is weeding. “I wouldn’t be able to uproot a field. That would be a problem.”
Asked if he is sure of what he has signed up for and what might be in store for him, David says: “Yes. I do not give up the colossal things given in life. I addressed them: “Hi! You are mine. I want you.” That’s all right.”
The audience will find out whether David will be given the green light to prove his abilities in the “Country Farm” at the end of the summer, when the tenth season of the show will begin to be shown on next-generation television Go3 and TV6.
