Pfizer Launches Recruitment Campaign to Promote Employment Opportunities in Latin America

However, after a year of announcing the completion of this, companies have reopened their vacancies in Colombia and other Latin American countries.

This is the case of Pfizer launch recruitment campaign “The same talent, the same opportunities”, aimed at people from different origin and identity groups so that they can integrate into the teams of Pfizer in Latin America.

The campaign hopes to generate more and better job opportunities for all people, regardless of their sexual condition, gender, or disability.

“At Pfizer we seek to promote the development of our collaborators, regardless of their condition. PThe art of our DNA is to promote talent in all its formshelping to generate safe spaces and working responsibly for a world with diversity, equity and inclusion”, mentions Rodrigo Pérez, Pfizer Talent Attraction Leader for LATAM.

The selection campaign “The same talent, the same opportunities” arises from the company’s commitment to implement more equitable selection processes and with the aim of integrating more diverse teams, thus reducing barriers to hiring and empowering Pfizer as an ally so that people from different affinity groups have access to the same opportunities.

On the other hand, Alfonso Arteaga, director of People Experience for Colombia and the Andean Cluster, tells details of the genesis of this initiative: “we want to be as diverse as the patients we serve and this implies an articulated work for many years, to promote the education of our colleagues, adapt our headquarters and prepare to increase the labor inclusion of people with different abilities in our organization. To fulfill our purpose of changing the lives of patients, each of our colleagues must live their life with well-being, but we also want them to become agents of change, to contribute with all our actions to reduce health care disparities and gaps. of inequality in society”.
