It also refers that tours will be carried out in the more than 20 neighborhoods that historically suffer from floods, among which Carlos Salazar, Primo Tapia Poniente, Jaujilla, Prados Verdes, Agustín Arriaga Rivera, Libertad, Jacarandas, Tres Puentes, Ejidal Tres Puentes and the Treasury stand out. They also asked citizens to call the number 911 in case of any problem, so that security corporations can come immediately.

For its part, the Morelia Police activated prevention tours in the seven sectors of the city, in order to locate areas with flooding and monitor levels of drains and rivers, to prevent possible contingencies due to rain of moderate to heavy intensity, in various city ​​points.

According to the National Meteorological System, it is expected that during the early hours of this Thursday, August 3, moderate rains will continue in the city.
