The police personnel went to the Cesfam of the commune to verify the complaint of the medical personnel, regarding the aggression suffered by a 30-year-old woman, of foreign nationality, who sustained various injuries to her face and head as a result of the attack she suffered by her husband. , with the use of a blunt element.
“Carabineros immediately carried out various procedures to identify and find the subject, who also tried to hang the woman on various occasions, with clear intentions of killing her. That is why all the autonomous procedures and activation of protocols are started to go to the aid and containment of the victim. After that, the Carabineros managed to find him at his own home and arrest him for the crime of frustrated femicide, ”explained the Chief of the Coihueco Subcommission Station, Captain Luis Jara Gomez.
The defendant, also 30 years old, was made available to the Court for control of the detention this Thursday.
