BRATISLAVA. ŠK Slovan Bratislava met the opponent in the 3rd preliminary round of the Champions League. He will play against Maccabi Haifa for promotion to the Champions League playoffs.
The latter defeated Šerif Tiraspoľ in the rematch of the 2nd preliminary round 4:1 after extra time. The home team scored two goals only in overtime.
Tiraspol took a one-goal lead to Izreal, which the home team managed to erase with a goal from Jaber in the 85th minute.
The duel went into extra time, in which the home team scored the first goal in stoppage time of the 1st half. They added the second one at the beginning of the second fifteen-minute period.
The first duel of the 3rd preliminary round will take place at Tehelno pol on August 9 from 20:30, the rematch is scheduled for a week later in Israel.
