Three members of a gang specializing in robbery and theft of pharmacies in Salvador were arrested in Boca do Rio, on Tuesday night (1st), after robbing an establishment.
The trio was arrested by police from the Specialized Department of Criminal Investigations (Deic) on Avenida Paralela, when they were fleeing after the crime. “We were contacted by people reporting about the theft, which took place at the pharmacy located in Boca do Rio. Immediately, our teams endeavored to locate the vehicle described in the complaint. At Paralela, the team identified the car and ordered it to stop. After a vehicle search, it was found that all stolen material was inside the car”, explained the director of Deic, delegate Thomas Galdino.
