The work of the “PAT forum” was held on Monday at the Luxury Green hotel in La Sablière in the presence of numerous players from the private sector and representatives of the national and international press.
Organized by the National Council for the Transformation Acceleration Plan, this meeting was an opportunity for its Executive Secretary, Mr. Yves Sylvain MOUSSAVOU, the heads of the taskforces, the technical and financial partners, to take stock of the implementation implementation of this three-year program (2021-2023) which is coming to an end soon.
Diversification of sources of growth, upgrading of tangible and intangible infrastructures, redefinition of the social model… all the themes were reviewed. An exercise that has made it possible to highlight the results, concrete and quantified, obtained for nearly three years in the highest priority areas such as health, cost of living, employment, infrastructure or education (see below).
As a reminder, the Transformation Acceleration Plan (PAT) is an ambitious development and growth strategy articulated around 3 pivots, 12 key battles and 34 projects. Declination of the vision of the Head of State, HE President Ali BONGO ONDIMBA, it aims to accelerate the diversification of the Gabonese economy to prepare it for the post-oil era and its entry into the green economy, as well as to strengthen the fundamentals in order to create more vigorous growth, rich in jobs.
