The case of alleged embezzlement of Rp. 5 billion which involved Motivator Mario Teguh is still ongoing. LatestMario Teguh and his wife, Linna Susanto, will soon be questioned by the police.
As is known, Mario Teguh and his wife were reported by businessmen skincare, Sunyoto Indra Prayitno. According to the reporter, Mario Teguh is bound to cooperate with a company owned by Sunyoto, as brand ambassador for promotion skincare.
According to the reporter, Mario Teguh promised that the reporter’s skincare products could go up with the help of his self-promotion. In return, the company gave Rp 5 billion for the promotion to Mario Teguh, but what was promised did not meet expectations.
Mario Teguh himself has denied the allegations. Mario Teguh admitted that he had never been the brand ambassador for skincare products owned by the reporter.
This case has been rolling since June 2023. Most recently, the police will question Mario Teguh and his wife.
Mario Teguh will be examined
The Metro Police conveyed the latest developments in the Mario Teguh case. Mario Teguh and his wife Linna will be questioned by the police.
“Investigators will schedule clarifications against the reported on behalf of Lina Teguh and Mario Teguh,” said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko, Tuesday (1/8/2023).
Four Witnesses Examined
Trunoyudo has not specified when exactly the two will be examined. He emphasized that so far there have been 4 witnesses examined in relation to the report.
“Polda Metro Jaya is handling reports of suspected criminal acts of fraud that dragged Lina Firm and Mario Teguh. In this case, the progress of the investigation has clarified 4 witnesses,” he said.
