The mountains have been present in the life of Jordi Mestres since he was a child, ever since he went home to Arties, in the Arán Valley, where his father passed on his “passion and love for the mountains”. Music came later, “at some point I had to merge my two hobbies and I have done it through a very personal project, which also seeks reflection,” explains Mestres in an interview collected by the Diputación de Huesca.
