A new university was born on the horizon
centuries ago
decades ago
one without privileges
one without fears
one with freedom
We weren’t the first to think of it.
we dream it with our daily newspaper
we were not convinced by the simplistic review
“you cant do it here…
it’s not done here…
we are the reflection of society…”
we left the comfort of the sofa
of technological alienation
in any of its forms
we abandoned
institutional self-destruction
since the first revolution
since the second revolution
when to fight for autonomy
it was the daily bread
we did it again
when we get up
y
We walk
through the streets of our towns
screaming freedom
y
when nothing changed
when
everything was consummated
some of us fell into disenchantment
and we act
as if all was lost
but not
the seed was reborn
from the simple university
so
we were reborn
we walked again
willing to set us free
y
now
it doesn’t matter anymore
if we are not one
o
if we are two
what matters is that we are
