Affected by the flood, 71 roads and 3 bridges are still impassable across the Philippines. According to the Philippine National Disaster Reduction Committee, the Philippine Department of Social Welfare and Development, local governments and non-governmental organizations have provided material assistance worth 146 million pesos to the affected areas, including family tents, food packages, hygiene kits and drinking water.
