In downtown Tokyo, the temperature has already exceeded 35.5 degrees past 11 am.
Saitama Prefecture recorded 39 degrees in the afternoon, and most areas in Japan have reached 35 degrees or more and 40 degrees every day.

On the 29th, a husband in his 90s and a wife in their 80s died in Tokyo, and on the 30th, an elderly couple in their 70s died, and both air conditioners were turned off.
In Japan, an average of 1,000 people die from heat stroke every year.
