Değirmenlik with the Ministry of National Education

Within the framework of the “You Make a Class” campaign, a cooperation protocol was signed between the Ministry of National Education and Değirmenlik – Akıncılar Municipality regarding the construction of additional classrooms for Şehit Mehmet Eray Primary School and Değirmenlik High School.

The protocol was signed by the Minister of National Education Nazım Çavuşoğlu and the Mayor of Değirmenlik – Akıncılar Ali Karavezirler at the signing ceremony in the Meeting Hall of the Ministry of National Education.

Within the scope of the signed protocol, all construction materials within the project will be provided by the Ministry, and the Değirmenlik – Akıncılar Municipality will undertake the construction of additional classrooms.

CAVUSOGLU

In his speech at the ceremony, Minister of National Education Nazım Çavuşoğlu pointed out that the importance given to education in the country reached its highest level with the sensitivity that emerged after the 6 February earthquake. He said that the sensitivity shown makes the education community happy.

Expressing that the country’s philanthropic businessmen as well as municipalities supported the campaign, Çavuşoğlu said, “This protocol we signed today is one of the best examples of the important support given.” used the phrases.

Emphasizing the importance of jointly supporting the youth, who are the future of the country, Çavuşoğlu underlined that they will continue to strengthen the infrastructure of education by acting with a sense of social solidarity.

KARAVEZİRLER

Değirmenlik – Akıncılar Mayor Ali Karavezirler also emphasized the importance of central government – local government cooperation in his speech.

Karavezirler said that as Değirmenlik-Akıncılar Municipality, they continue to work on the preparation of the regional schools for the new academic year and act in cooperation with the Ministry in order to meet the needs of the schools. He stated that they will add 3 classrooms and 1 Assistant Principal room to Değirmenlik High School.

Karavezirler stated that their support to the regional schools will continue and wished that the protocol would be beneficial for the education of the Değirmenlik region in particular and the country in general.
