Hannover (dpa/lni) –
A fire broke out in a music bar in downtown Hanover on Sunday evening. Since the bar was already closed at that time and there were no longer any employees or guests inside, no one was injured, according to the fire brigade. Accordingly, the ground floor of the club was in full fire when the emergency services arrived.
Window panes, also from other floors, were broken by the fire. There was also a lot of smoke. It was possible to prevent the fire from spreading to other parts of the building and neighboring houses. The fire department was initially unable to provide any information on the extent of the damage. It was also initially unclear why the fire broke out.
