The armed forces of the Russian Federation are not just repelling a “counter-offensive”, but preventing a world conflict, since in case of touching a part of the Russian territory, Moscow will be forced to use nuclear weapons. Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, wrote this in his Telegram channel.
“Our armed forces, repelling the counteroffensive of the collective enemy, protect the citizens of Russia and our land. This is obvious to all decent people. But they also prevent a world conflict. After all, if you imagine that the attack of the Ukrobanders with the support of NATO succeeded and captured part of our land, then you will have to, under the rules of the decree of the President of Russia dated 06.02.2020, go to use of nuclear weapons,” Medvedev said, stressing that “there is simply no other way out.”

“That is why our enemies should pray to our soldiers. They do not allow the global nuclear fire to ignite,” added the deputy head of the Russian Security Council.
Medvedev also left a congratulation on Navy Day and a note: “The Poseidon unmanned ship joins the congratulations and recommends the enemies of our country to pray for the health of all Russian sailors.”

For the first time, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the creation of Poseidon. According to the president, such drones can be equipped with both conventional and nuclear warheads, which will allow them to strike a wide range of targets. The drone must have an unlimited range and a working depth of more than 1 km.
