1. Visit the PKB and BBNKB Service counters
Visit the counter for the PKB and BBNKB Services section to process your off road car registration. After the document has been validated, you will be asked to come back to carry out the next stage. Usually this stage takes 3 to 5 working days.
2. Physical check
After you get the validation document, you will be asked to do a physical check on the off road car that you have. This check is to match the data on the document with the data on the car, such as the chassis number and engine number.
3. Issuance of BPKB, STNK, and TNKB
Samsat will then issue the BPKB registration number. You will be asked to make vehicle tax payments to issue STNK and also TNKB.
