K Sudhakaran to file defamation case over name mentioned in POCSO case. Opposite parties are MV Govindan, PP Divya and Desabhimani newspaper. The case is being filed in Ernakulam CGM Court by Advocate VS Chandrasekaran. (k sudhakaran filed defamation case against mv govindan)
MV Govindan made a remark against K Sudhakaran by quoting the party newspaper. However, the crime branch explained that he was summoned only in the fraud case related to Monsan Mavunkal. There is no such statement from the side of Atijeetha against Sudhakaran. The Crime Branch has informed that all the allegations will be clarified during interrogation.

But after MV Gov’s remark came out, K Sudhakaran reacted in harsh language. K Sudhakaran wrote on Facebook that I did not think that you would degenerate so quickly into a ‘lonely’ patriotic writer with obscenities in your brain.
‘What is Govinda? Is this politics? Why is it that you and the CPI(M) are unable to raise political allegations with a little bit of culture?’- K Sudhakaran said. You will know a Pinarayi Vijayan who immediately falls at the feet of the master at the center if he shows the police and the case. Don’t come to measure others with that scale, Govindan.’- said K Sudhakaran.
