Recent Earthquake Strikes Turkey: Updates on Magnitude 5.5 Tremor, Epicenter Location, and Impact

An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.5 on the Richter scale shook Turkey. According to the European Seismological Center, the epicenter of the earthquake was 69 km northwest of Osmaniye and 20 km north of Kozan, which is located in Adana province. The area was one of the hardest hit by the deadly tremors in February. The depth of the earthquake is 12 km.
