Former British MP Charlotte Leslie said that strengthening relations between the Kingdom and Britain is essential for the interest of our country.
Leslie added, in an intervention to Al-Ekhbariya channel, that the Kingdom is very important to Britain as its importance increases in the international arena, although the mention of Riyadh in our country is related to oil only, but we look at Saudi Arabia’s efforts to support green energy technologies.
And she added that the Saudi-British relations have many aspects, including cooperation in the sports field, a chapter on several sports opportunities, and the sharing of our experiences regarding the social benefits of sports.
It is noteworthy that the two countries have historical and distinguished relations in various political, security, military, trade, investment and financial services fields, in health, education, energy, industry and the environment.
