Kollam: The accused in a number of criminal cases was arrested for the remaining six months under the Kappa Act. Wilson (36) of Pallithottam, Galileo Nagar, 11, was run over by the Krishnarajapuram railway track in Bangalore. Pallithottam police bravely caught him while trying to escape.
