The events of the incident date back to mid-July 2019, when the accused, Khaled Ferjani, 38 years old, an English language teacher at the Al-Azhari Girls’ Institute in Al-Huraishi, Fayoum Center, and a resident of the Queen’s Tower, Dallah neighborhood, turned himself in to the First Fayoum Police Station and admitted that he killed his wife and four children in the apartment where he lived. KH, 4 years old, M.K., a year and a half, all residing at the same address, due to the existence of disputes between him and others due to excavations for antiquities in one of the areas in the Fayoum center district, and he received threats to rape and kill his wife and children if he did not give up on that, so he initiated killing them using a cleaver, which he bought from a specific place for that purpose because he believed in the seriousness of their threats.
A team moved from the investigations of the first department of Fayoum, and it was found that the wife and the child were on top of a bed in one of the bedrooms, and next to them on the bed were the bodies of the third and fourth children, and the body of the child was found on the bed of one of the other bedrooms, and all of them were fully dressed and had cuts and fractures in the bones of the skull, and a blood-stained cleaver was also found lying on the floor of the first bedroom.
Administrative report No. 5189 of 2109 of the Fayoum Police Department was issued, and the Public Prosecution was notified at the time, and it took over the investigation, assigning the Criminal Evidence Department to move, inspect and examine, and instructed the Criminal Investigation Department to complete the examination and investigation about the incident and its circumstances and circumstances. The case was referred to the Fayoum Criminal Court, headed by Counselor Yasser Muharram, the head of the court, and the membership of counselors Hassan Ismail and Mohamed Tharwat, the death penalty for the accused Khaled Ferjani, an English language teacher, accused of killing his wife And his four children using a cleaver inside his apartment, his place of residence, in one of the residential towers in the Dallah neighborhood of Fayoum city.
Buried in his family graves
A relative of the accused stated that the body is expected to arrive tomorrow night and be buried in the family cemetery in the village of Sinoufar in Fayoum.
