Abu Dhabi Maritime, a subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi Ports Group, has cooperated with the Department of Municipalities and Transport – Abu Dhabi and ADNOC Distribution by concluding a cooperation agreement to explore innovation opportunities in the field of developing marine refueling facilities, focusing on improving the customer experience to enhance the coastal and marine sites in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
Under the new agreement, Abu Dhabi Maritime and ADNOC Distribution will exchange experiences and, relying on a joint team, will start working within three axes, including: the establishment of an ADNOC refueling station within the “Marsa Rabdan” project, ADNOC refueling stations in future marinas in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, as well as other special services (including a dedicated refueling vessel and a floating retail store). These additional services guarantee the possibility of refueling with ease and ease and provide the best experience for customers.
Dr. Salem Khalfan Al Kaabi, Director General of Operations Affairs at the Department of Municipalities and Transport – Abu Dhabi, said: “This agreement comes in line with the commitment of the Department of Municipalities and Transport – Abu Dhabi, represented by Abu Dhabi Maritime, to work on developing marine and coastal sites in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and improving the services provided to customers.”

The newly signed MoU marks another milestone in the ongoing efforts to strengthen the maritime sector in Abu Dhabi. It is noteworthy that ADNOC Distribution is the sole operator of all marine service stations in Abu Dhabi.
