Statistics show that among the employed, those who work while raising preschool children accounted for as high as 85.2%, an increase of 5.9 percentage points from the previous statistics, and rose to the highest value since the beginning of the survey (2012). Among women who are raising preschool children, 73.4% are able to balance work and childcare, which is also a record high.
Statistics also show that in 2022, 106,000 people will leave their jobs to take care of or care for their families, an increase of 7,000 from the previous statistics.
