Al-Masoud explained that he always uses chia seeds during his diet, because of their benefits. As it helps maintain brain health, it also plays an essential role in fighting free radicals that lead to aging.
Not only that, but it also stabilizes sugar levels in the body, helps satiety, in addition to its role in preventing cancer and helping to strengthen bones.
