As planned, nubia has announced a new flagship smartphone. The Chinese company held a presentation at which the premiere of the nubia Z50S Pro took place.
What is known
The smartphone received a triple main camera. The wide-angle and ultra-wide-angle modules with a resolution of 50 MP each are accompanied by an 8-megapixel telephoto lens with a focal length of 80 mm. You can shoot video in 8K.
The main feature of the standard camera is the focal length of 35mm. The inlet diameter is 5.21 mm, which is a record. One of the seven lenses turned out to be glass, and optical stabilization has an infrared filter to suppress glare and re-reflect objects in the optics.
nubia Z50S Pro is equipped with BOE’s AMOLED Q9 display. The FHD+ panel has a diagonal of 6.78”, a refresh rate of 120Hz and a peak brightness of 1200 nits. Under the screen is a fingerprint scanner, and in a small round hole is a selfie camera with a resolution of 16 MP.
The heart of the nubia Z50S Pro is an overclocked Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 LV chip with a maximum frequency of 3.36 GHz. It is complemented by 12/16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM. UFS 4.0 storage capacity is 256/1024 GB.
The new flagship is equipped with a 5100 mAh battery and supports 80 W fast charging. The smartphone also has stereo speakers, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.3, USB-C, NFC and Android 13 operating system with MyOS 13 firmware.
Price and when to expect
The nubia Z50S Pro is scheduled to go on sale on July 27, 2023. You can check the prices below. The cost of the same modification differs depending on the color:
