The criteria for considering a Vaccinated Farm “Complete vaccination schedule of bluetongue (2 doses separated 21 days in cattle and 1 dose in sheep)”, is that 66% of the farm have complied with it.
The day of vaccination in sheep or revaccination (2nd bovine dose), will be taken as a reference for the annual revaccination period of the next season.
As to who performs the vaccination, as a general rule:
Bovine:
Non-vaccinated farms that have not yet undergone sanitation are vaccinated by EULEN; in this case the calves will be vaccinated at the same time.
Las non-vaccinated farms In those that have already been cleaned up, they are vaccinated by free veterinarians, although they can ask for it in their veterinary unit to estimate the possibility that EULEN will do it in TWO days that he will sweep (July 28 and August 18).
