San Lorenzo beat Independiente Medellín by 2-0, this Wednesday, in Buenos Aires, and advanced to face São Paulo in the round of 16 of the Copa Sudamericana. The Argentine team had won 1-0 in the first leg of the playoffs and won another victory in the match.
Adam Bareiro, from the penalty spot, opened the scoring in the 25th minute of the first half. In the final stage, at 35 minutes, the Paraguayan striker suffered another penalty, went to the penalty spot and converted. Bareiro scored all three goals for San Lorenzo in the entire tie.
