WHAT HAPPENED? After joining Arsenal from Chelsea, Havertz took part in MLS cross and volley challenges, but he was unable to find the back of the net. SEEKING THE RESURRECTION: Arsenal paid £65m to sign the Germany international from Chelsea as part of their summer spending spree. He has impressed with the Blues before, scoring in the Champions League final against Manchester City, but it has been a poor start for the attacking midfielder in the Gunners.
WHAT IS NEXT? Arsenal will face the MLS All-Stars on Friday (21/7) as their pre-season tour of the US begins, with games against Barcelona and Manchester United to follow before the end of the month.
