Manchester United have secured the services of Marcus Rashford. The English international, who had the last year of his contract in front of him, committed himself to the parent club for the next five seasons…
Rashford has had an exceptionally successful year under manager Erik ten Hag, scoring 30 competitive goals. He achieved this as the first Manchester United player since the 2012/13 season, when Robin van Persie reached the mentioned limit.
The 25-year-old striker helped the Red Devils to finish in the top four and return to the Champions League.
“I came to Manchester United as a seven-year-old boy with a dream. The same passion, pride and determination to succeed still drives me every time I put on this shirt,” Rashford said after signing his new contract.
