Former employee of the Trump administration, Miles Taylor, is known for his blunt criticism of the former US president.
In a new interview with The Guardian he warns that Trump may again take the presidency.
– If the election were held today, I think Donald Trump would have beaten Joe Biden. It worries me a lot, he says.

Taylor suggests a series of drastic measures the Biden administration may have to resort to in order to retain a Democratic majority.
Among the proposals he puts on the table is to create a coalition with moderate Republicans, in which former congresswoman Liz Cheney replaces Kamala Harris as Biden’s vice-presidential candidate.
– He (Biden editor’s note) must bring in someone in the top echelon as a unified president with a unified administration. It may be his only opportunity to beat Donald Trump, Taylor claims.

The former chief of staff says in the interview that he fears a new 2016.
This was the year the public became aware of a video clip from 2005, in which Donald Trump says the famous phrase “grab them by the pussy”.
Despite what many believe is an unacceptable attitude towards women, Trump was elected the 45th president of the United States.
– There has to be a point where you decide that no matter how much you like someone’s politics, their character is so despicable that you can’t support them, says Taylor.
He goes on to say that Trump’s behavior has been a “danger to the public”.

It was in 2019 that Miles Taylor, who was employed in the Trump administration, published the book “A Warning” anonymously. In the book, several characteristics of the then American president were presented.
Among other things, it emerged that Trump has been called both “erratic” and “unsuitable” by several staff members in the White House.
Shortly before the presidential election in 2020, from which Joe Biden emerged victorious, Taylor publicly came forward with his identity, despite a heated debate climate.
He has now published a new book in an attempt to put a stick in the wheels for Trump, who is again looking in the direction of the White House. This despite the fact that he describes himself as a Republican.
