The main rescue center has ended the search for possible passengers in the boat that was observed without a driver at Aspøya in Tingvoll in Møre og Romsdal.

The owner of the boat has been contacted, and all users of the boat have been accounted for, according to the police in Møre og Romsdal.

It was a little before 12 o’clock that the Southern Norway Rescue Center (HRS) received a report that a boat was standing on the shore with the engine on in Skjevlingvågen in Tingvoll municipality in Møre og Romsdal.
A large search was launched for people who may have been on board the boat. Both an ambulance helicopter and divers from the Ålesund fire brigade were deployed, in addition to a coast guard ship and a rescue helicopter.
