There’s a very interesting picture in Steam’s global sales rankings right now, with Baldur’s Gate 3 ranking #1 among premium titles, just ahead of BattleBit Remastered and Dave the Diver, and Naraka: Bladepoint’s excellent performance, which after switching to a new economic model , held this week, came in second place among free-to-play games.
Naraka: Bladepoint is up 34 spots in a few days, with Baldur’s Gate 3 still in early access and will actually be available from August 3, 2023. Thus, there is still room for improvement.
Other interesting results include the presence in the top 10 of Jagged Alliance 3, a game from Haemimont Games, which is just out of the market and is ranked eighth in the global rankings and fourth in the premium games rankings.
Also noteworthy is the return of Team Fortress 2 to the top echelons of the rankings (now in 11th position), as well as the record number of simultaneous players on servers reached over the past 30 days (253,225).
The exact information about the leaders of sales for the week we will know only on Tuesday, July 18, but there is no doubt that the role-playing game from Larian Studios will take one of the first places.
