For them it’s far from “The Finals Countdown”: Europe is back in Munich 40 years after it was founded. Hello is giving away tickets for the concert.

Munich – They’re back: For the band’s 40th anniversary, the Swedish hard rockers Europe are starting a short tour of Germany with three exclusive dates – one of them in Munich. 40 years after their first successes, the five Swedes around frontman Joey Tempest will be performing on Thursday, October 5th at Circus Krone, Marsstraße 43. The band will perform live songs from the upcoming twelfth studio album as well as older songs.

Of course, the super hits “Final Countdown”, “Rock the night”, “Carrie” or “Let the good times Rock” should not be missing. Above all, “Final Countdown” brought the band international fame. The hit single topped the charts in 25 countries. The album of the same name sold over seven million copies. When Europe makes a guest appearance in Germany in October, it will be six years since the band played their own tour in this country. The fact that the Northmen still know how to play live concerts is not only documented in the now six live albums – countless enthusiastic reviews also speak for the appearance and the music of the rockers.
