Since March 1, the canton of Lucerne has had a “Commissioner for Administrative Affairs”. Administrative employees and teachers at the cantonal schools can report abuses in their organization to him. And that has already happened, as the representative Norbert Mettler says on request. He did not disclose how many cases and in what context, with reference to the applicable confidentiality principle and the annual report that he submitted to the government at the end of the year.
