This is the opening shot of the trailer, in which you get a glimpse of the feet of protagonist Margot Robbie for a few seconds. In the clip you can see how the actress steps out of her high heels while keeping her foot flexed. Her foot has the exact iconic and almost inhuman pose that all Barbie dolls have.

The Barbie Foot Challenge was created by TikTok user Shanna Scribner, whose video has been viewed more than 200,000 times. Since then, people have been making videos of themselves taking off their heels and standing up as if they’re still wearing them. Several celebs have already jumped on the trend, such as Chrissy Teigen, Shay Mitchell and the Belgian Tiany Kiriloff.

How Margot Robbie kept her foot in the perfect position during the recordings? The actress revealed in an interview with ‘Fandango’ that her slipper was taped to the floor with double-sided tape. And in order not to fall over, she held on to a bar. After just eight tries, they had the perfect shot. No stunt double to be seen.
