Head of DKI Jakarta PKB/PPP faction, Hasbiallah Ilyas, asked that there be no political elements related to the program plan house DP IDR 0 converted into affordable housing. He asked for a thorough study.
“In my opinion, the 0 percent DP houses will continue if they can. Because so far the 0 percent DP houses have stagnated a bit, because from the governor’s target at that time Mr. Anies was how many hundreds of thousands, that’s only 9 thousand, if I’m not mistaken,” said Hasbiallah Ilyas told reporters, Wednesday (12/7/2023).
Hasbiallah menilai program house DP IDR 0 This is constrained by financing. He hopes that the plan to change the program under Governor Anies Baswedan will not have a political element.
“If indeed the 0 percent DP program is very good, if the implementation is optimal, this in the field is not optimal because of funding constraints. Now, if the Provincial Government wants to change the house, the 0 percent DP must be carried out with careful study, there must be no political element because this is Pak Anies’ program. “You can’t do that, you have to do a thorough study,” he said.
According to Hasbiallah, the Rp. 0 DP program cannot be changed simply because it is included in the 2023-2026 Regional Development Plan (RPD). According to him, the RPD should be a guide for DKI Pemprov in working.
“House 0 percent down payment it is included in the regional work plan until 2026, meaning that this Pemprov violates the regional work plan. Before Mr. Anies finished his term of service, there was an RPD ratification, have a look there, is that appropriate or not? The provincial government must work with a reference, the reference is the RPD,” he said.
“In the past at the national level, at the time of Pak Harto, there was a GBHN, right? It went according to that, the rules were like that. Let’s not get used to getting out of line. Later, the new governor’s policy will change again, when will this DKI be finished,” he added.
